For those who desire oven capacity, the 1405mm wide Lacanche Chalonnais is the perfect range cooker. The graceful lines of this symmetrical range cooker belie the performance offered by the two large ovens. Each large oven can be specified for fuel type. The hob top has space for two additional optional integrated hob elements such as an electric plancha, additional burners and induction plates.
- Hobs: The Lacanche Chalonnais is available with a choice of three different gas hob types: the three or four open burner classic hob or the traditional hob with two open burners and the large cast iron French top, which is excellent for recipes advocating long simmer times, or even maintaining heat before serving dishes. The traditional top offers incredible versatility, including that of a workstation when not in use. For customers without a gas supply, the Lacanche Chalonnais is also available with a three zone energy efficient induction hob. With the Chalonnais range, there is space to add two additional integrated hob elements, such as gas burners, induction elements, or even an electric plancha.
- Ovens: Each large ovens can be specified as gas, static electric or dual function electric. Every electric oven comes with a grill. The most popular configuration is the two dual function electric ovens option.

For your Lacanche Classic or Modern range cooker, choose from any of the 29 beautiful enamelled colours (or stainless steel). Each panel is hand enamelled with three layers and fired at 850 degrees C. The result is a beautiful deep intense colour that is easy to clean and will look just as good in twenty years as the day it was fired.
